Typically, after the contract is finalized, we require 2-3 months for design, manufacturing, and debugging. Single machines take slightly less time, such as a leak testing machine, which can be completed in as little as one month.
How is quality assurance implemented?
We provide a 12-month quality guarantee. If there are any quality issues within 12 months after the equipment reaches the customer site and passes acceptance, we offer free technical and spare parts support, provided the damage is not caused by human factors.
How are the consumable parts of the equipment supplied?
Our equipment has been perfected over the years, and the lifespan of consumable parts is very stable. Depending on the machine, we provide one year's worth of spare consumables.
How is the training for equipment operation and maintenance conducted?
After the commissioning is completed at our factory, we usually require the customer to arrange personnel to come to our company for technical training. If the customer is unable to do so, we can also conduct training on-site after the equipment arrives at the customer’s location.
What categories of products can bag-making equipment produce?
These machines can produce products with dimensions up to 400mm × 360mm. The materials used include PVC, EVA, TPU, and other materials that can be reprocessed under high-frequency conditions. The products can be equipped with tail tubes, check valves, breathable membranes, and even valve bodies. Does the material used in the equipment meet the requirements of the medical device industry?
Our equipment selects different materials based on the specific product requirements. For general products, we typically use an aluminum alloy frame and 304 stainless steel, with all parts that come into contact with the product made of 304 stainless steel. For Class I medical devices, we can use an all-stainless-steel frame, with the product-contacting parts made of 316 stainless steel. We can also customize the material according to the specific requirements of our customers.
